SC Fiber Series:
CreaFibe SC dietary fiber products offer a wide variety of advantageous
characteristics to your food product. It acts as an anti-caking agent
in cheese, improves viscosity and cling in sauces and salad dressings,
adds fiber and moisture to baked goods, and strengthens low fat cookies
and crackers, to name just a few. In short, it makes good products
better.
The CreaFibe SC series is available in four standard grades, from a fine powder averaging 30 microns to a longer
fiber with a particle size distribution up to 200 microns. In addition, for special applications, CreaFill can
manufacture and package customized grades and blends for you at its Maryland facility.
SC dietary fibers and powders are non-hazardous, GRAS, FCC compliant,
and Kosher certified.

QC Fiber Series:
CreaFibe QC is a pure vegetable dietary fiber derived from the fiber
rich components of the bamboo plant. The QC series combines the inherent
strength of bamboo with the benefits of dietary fiber to provide a
unique, functional, natural fiber for your product. CreaFibe QC is
considered a food, not an additive, and can be incorporated into your
product without altering the effect of your other ingredients. At
the same time it provides a distinctive array of benefits not available
in other products. Completely inert and yet extremely versatile, CreaFibe
QC is an excellent way to add fiber to your product without any fat,
calories, odor or taste.
