Commitment
to Quality and Customer Satisfaction
CreaFills cellulose fibers are manufactured to strict standards;
as well, CreaFill adheres to ISO quality control practices to insure
our customers receive a consistent product with reliable results.
Functional Fibers
Fibers produced by CreaFill perform three mechanical functions:
- Fibers act as capillaries binding water or oil and promoting consistency;
- Fibers create a three-dimensional lattice
or matrix that provides strength, hold and control;
- Fibers
and powders coat sticky particles allowing better flow and preventing
caking or bridging.
Chemical Composition
The basic building blocks for all grades of CreaFill Fibers are D-glucose
molecules with natural 1.4 beta-glycosidic polymer bonds. The basic
molecular unit contains a number of hydroxyl groups that are available
for hydrogen bonding. CreaFill Fibers have an amorphous region where
hydroxyl groups are available for weak association. |
