Creafill Fibers is ISO 9001:2000 Certified
Chestertown, Maryland, August 30, 2005. CreaFill Fibers announced today it has received ISO 9001:2000 registration. The certifying organization is QMI. Paolo Fezzi, President of CreaFill Fibers said, "ISO 9001:2000 represents an important achievement for CreaFill in meeting our quality objectives and building a process based system in which continual improvement is a vital component." CreaFill Fibers has pursued ISO 9001:2000 certification in order to further strengthen its Quality Management System. Fezzi said, "Providing customers with the most consistent product possible is our company goal, and we strive to further this goal every day by using the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System."
CreaFill Fibers Corp. supplies alpha-cellulose powders and fibers to markets including: food, filtration, chemical and industrial. CreaFill also manufactures reclaimed fibers utilized as stabilizers in applications from road construction to the friction industry.
CreaFill Fibers was formed in 2001 from the purchase of the former Cellulose Filler Factory located in Chestertown, Maryland. CreaFill combines the established history of a proven market supplier with the innovation and vitality of new vision and leadership.
