CREAMIX AND CREATECH CELLULOSE FIBERS:
- Improve adhesive formulations in acrylic, butyl, epoxy, latex, solvent, water or 100 solids system;

CreaMix and CreaTech products reinforce wall coatings, extend working time, prevent cracking, control sag and slump and eliminate pin holes.
With the addition of small quantities of CreaMix and CreaTech to stucco, dramatic improvements in performance have been recognized. CreaMix and CreaTech fibers are invisible, even when used in the finish coat and improve a variety of characteristics, including:
- Ductility and flexural strength;
- bond strength;
- abrasion resistance;
- durability and resistance to cracking.
Paints & Coatings
CreaMix and CreaTech Fibers provide structural reinforcement, improve rheology and the control of viscosity. CreaFill’s fibers can be used as an extender to reduce the use of more expensive methylcellulose.
Both CreaMix and CreaTech products, carefully selected for fiber length and width, may also be used to modify the surface aesthetics and to create a matte-like, non-skid surface in flooring applications.
Tiles and Grouts
CreaMix and CreaTech products control viscosity while improving and extending curing. CreaTech and CreaMix lengthens “working” time while adding strength properties through the formation of reinforcing matrices.

CreaMix and CreaTech cellulose fibers are hydrophilic, holding water, supporting thorough hydration of the mix. Retaining water in the curing process, without a loss of strength, not only improves the efficiency of the curing process, but also delivers the most effective method to address curing
CreaMix and CreaTech fibers address the issue of bleed water in Ready Mix installations, preventing the migration of water in the concrete as it moves toward the surface. CreaMix and CreaTech products deliver greater density to the concrete mix, reducing capillary pores after the curing. CreaMix and
CreaTech fibers fill gaps between cement, fly-ash, sand and rock, filling gaps while promoting strength and durability.
CreaMix and CreaTech fibers are insoluble in water and organic solvents. They act as three dimensional matrix builders, and are resistant to dilute acids, alkalis and other chemicals. They will provide: a homogenous and consistent mix while increasing volumetric coverage; durability during expansion
and contraction of the membrane; increased temperature flexibility, and; shrink and crack resistance. CreaMix and CreaTech fibers are a reinforcement agent in the production of roof coatings, modified bituminous roofs and sealants.
Thermoplastic and Thermoset
The low density, low cost, non-abrasive nature of CreaMix and CreaTech fibers, coupled with the physical and mechanical properties provided through the function of “matrix building”, make an outstanding choice as a reinforcement in the full range of plastic composites.
Thermoplastic and Thermoset composites consist of CreaMix or CreaTech fibers blended with polymers from epoxies and phenolics to PVC, polypropylene, HDPE, Nylon and Nylon 6.
CreaMix and CreaTech Fibers deliver reinforcement and stiffness and are ideal for use in the production of rubber hoses, belts, gaskets and molded rubber products. CreaMix and CreaTech fibers impart improved green strength in unvulcanized materials at low dosing levels and, absorbing moisture during
vulcanization, will reduce shrinkage during the subsequent cooling process.
The use of CreaMix and CreaTech cellulose fibers are a proven functional filler that benefits friction formulations. Providing dispersion, pre-form strength and micro-porosity to the friction material CreaMix and CreaTech fibers improve green stability in humid conditions, replacing asbestos and
other mineral fibers. CreaMix and CreaTech are used in products ranging from friction linings for motorcycle, car and truck brake shoes and pads to railway brake shoes and pads.
